On March 28, 2023, Resolution 2023-23, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive RFQ/RFP for the work required for the Victor Portable Classroom Restroom and Lunch Shelter Project No. 8150-5830-4.
On December 5, 2023, the District received Seven (7) proposals.
The lowest and best responsive bidder was A.M. Stephens Construction Co, Inc. in Lodi, CA in the amount of $1,336,403.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to A.M. Stephens Construction Co, Inc with the total amount to be budgeted $1,470,043.00, which includes a District controlled construction allowance of 10 percent. |
