On November 21, 2023, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2023-112 awarding a contract to Pac Shield Roof Services, Inc. in the total amount of $804,932.70, which included an allowance of $73,175.70. There was a change order #1 for this project of $10,509.30 that was Board approved on 8/6/2024. The now final contract price is $815,442.00. All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Davis Elementary School Re-Roofing Project. |
