On March 19, 2024, Resolution 2024-28, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the J.A.E.S.C. Roof Replacement Project No. 3213-4416-11. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the roof replacement of J.A.E.S.C. Roofing Replacement Project No. 3213-4416-11.
On May 23, 2024, seven (7) bids was received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Roofing Constructors Inc., dba Western Roofing Service out of San Leandro, CA for the amount of $798,930.00, which includes a 10% District controlled allowance of $72,630.00 |
