Summary:

|
On May 27, 2021, the City of Manteca requested formal proposals for procurement of a gasoline and diesel fuel supplier. Merrimac Petroleum was awarded the agreement on August 16, 2021, the lifespan of the contract is four fiscal years (FY 25/26) with the option of two one-year extensions (up to FY 27/28).
District staff believes that it would be in the best interests of the District to piggyback this contract and utilize it for gasoline and diesel fuel supplies. |
