Summary:

|
The Lodi Unified School District (District) has elected to participate in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Under CUPCCAA, public projects of $65,000 or less may be performed by negotiated contract or purchase order (PCC 2032a). Public projects between $65,000 and $220,000 may be awarded through informal bidding procedures (PCC 22032b).
All work associated with these CUPCCAA projects have been completed. This action will formally accept the public works projects performed under CUPCCAA as complete. |
