Summary:

|
Lodi Unified School District (District) is the owner of a parcel of land, named the future Samuel L. Gantner Elementary School, located at 2801 W Vine Street, Lodi, CA 95242. The proposed elementary school is projected to serve a maximum of 850 students with most, if not all, students residing in the existing residential developments in western area of Lodi Unified School District. An architect selection process was conducted pursuant to Board Policy 7140 and past action by the Board of Education has authorized the appointment of architectural firms to perform work on various District projects. HMC Architects, formerly Rainforth Grau Architects (RGA), of Sacramento, California is an experienced and competent architectural firm that has designed educational facilities in the district. HMC can provide a school design addressing educational goals including sustainability and school security.
Staff requests the Board of Education hereby assign the architectural responsibility for the future Samuel L. Gantner Elementary School Project to HMC Architects, formerly RGA, of Sacramento, California. |
