On August 22, 2023, Resolution 2023-68 the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids required for the AESC Portable Relocation Project No. 0825-8425-2.
On February 8, 2024 the District received five (5) proposals.
The lowest and best responsive bidder was A.M. Stephens Construction Co., Inc. of Lodi, CA in the amount of $366,664.00, which includes a District controlled construction allowance of 10 percent. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to A.M. Stephens Construction Co., Inc. |
