Summary:
|
|
On June 17, 2019, Hemet Unified School District requested formal proposals for procurement of school buses. BusWest was awarded the agreement on July 16, 2019. The lifespan of the contract ran through FY 19/20 with the option of six additional one-year extensions (up to FY 24/25). On June 13, 2023, Hemet Unified School District approved the one-year extension which will run though June 30, 2024 (FY 23/24).
District staff believes that it would be in the best interests of the District to piggyback this contract and utilize it for school bus procurement. |
