Summary:
On November 19, 2024, Resolution 2024-132, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Parklane Elementary School Flooring 2025 Project No. 0825-8425-280-24. On January 7, 2025, four (4) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Harold W. Thompson, Inc. in the amount of $206,800.00, which includes a 10 percent district-controlled contingency. Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Harold W. Thompson, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $206,800.00.  
Funding:
This project will be funded with Fund 40 Special Reserves for Capital Outlay.  
Recommendation
It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2025-09.
