On December 12, 2023, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2023-115 awarding a contract to Pacific Polymers, Inc. DBA American Foam Experts in the total amount of $849,311.10, which included a district-controlled contingency. There was a deductive change order in the amount of $64,517.10. The final contract price is $784,794.00.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Tokay High School Re-Roofing Project No. 3213-4416-5. |
