On January 17, 2023, Resolution 2023-09, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services required for the Parklane & Victor E.S. HVAC Project No. 3214-4416-8.
On October 31, 2023, the District received six (6) proposals.
The lowest and best responsive bidder was Emcor Services of Mesa Energy Systems in West Sacramento, CA in the amount of $1,462,104.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Champion Industrial Contractors with the total amount to be budgeted $1,608,314.40, which includes a District controlled construction allowance of 10 percent. |
