On March 28, 2023, Resolution 2023-28, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the Bear Creek High School Site Work Agriculture Complex Project No. 0819-8019-1.
On January 25, 2024, five (5) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was A.M. Stephens Construction Co. Inc. of Lodi, California, in the amount of $601,613.00, which includes a $54,692.00 District controlled construction allowance. |
