Summary:
|
On December 14 ,2021 the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2021-66 awarding a contract to Diede Construction, Inc. in the total amount of $14,000,000.00, with an approved contract amendment of $1,400,000.00. There was a deductive Change Order of $146,657.50 and the final contract price is $15,253,342.50.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Lodi High Aquatics Project. |
