Annually Lodi USD participates in the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program which includes the competitive bidding process for Category 2 Basic Maintenance Internal Connections (BMIC) services for Wireless Access Point (WAP) and Firewall Equipment maintenance. The District received 2 (two) qualified 470 bids for Wireless Access Point (WAP) and 2 (two) for Firewall basic maintenance by 1:00 p.m. on February 12, 2021 in Technology Services. The lowest bidder for WAP and Firewall basic maintenance was CDW-G of Illinois.
2021-22 Wireless Access Point Maintenance in the amount of $38,101.64 (including estimated tax) for the term of 12 months.
2021-22 Firewall Maintenance in the amount of $42,628.08 (including estimated tax) for the term of 12 months. |

Fund 01. The maintenance and support services requested will be included under the District’s E-rate submission and must adhere to all E-rate/USAC Fair and Open Competitive bidding guidelines. This is an E-rate discount eligible service. |
