On June 15, 2021, Resolution 2021-40, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for a Ruckus Wireless Infrastructure Upgrade Project at all District locations. A “Request for Proposal” was duly advertised as required by law. The District received three (3) qualified bids were received by 1:00 p.m. on November 30, 2021 in Technology Services. The lowest bidder was Cadence.Team of Yuba City, California, in the amount of $1,839,503.25 for access points and $186,800.00 for a 5-year Ruckus Analytics option, the estimated tax on the equipment is included. |

Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER II) funds. Should any services costs exceed ESSER II funding timeframes, staff will utilize Fund 01. |
