On January 10, 2020 the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2020-02 authorizing a contract to Meehleis Modular Buildings, Inc. in the total amount of $5,360,579 There was an deductive change order for this project in the amount of ($414,199.36). The final contract price is $4,946,379.64. All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Classroom Building Project at Needham Elementary School. |
