Written notice is hereby given in accordance with Education Code Section 35144 that a Special Meeting of the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District will be conducted on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., at the James Areida Education Support Center, 1305 East Vine Street, Lodi, CA 95240. The business of this meeting will be limited to the specific business listed below:

Public Participation at Special Meetings
A person wishing to be heard by the Board shall first be recognized by the president and shall then proceed to comment as briefly as the subject permits. Individual speakers will be allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board on each agenda item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each agenda item to 20 minutes. With Board consent, the president may increase or decrease the time allowed for public presentation, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to be heard. (Board Bylaw 9323)
