Improvement to the Lodi Unified School District Confidential Salary Schedule to Reflect Salary Improvement in Alignment with the District's Proposal to other Employee Groups for the 2023/2024 School Year (Dr. Dosty)
1. The District proposes the following effective July 1, 2023, for
eligible employees:
a. 5% On-Schedule Salary
b. One-Time, Off Salary Schedule Payment of $73,902 to be
made to each Confidential employee based upon a
percentage of their annual yearly salary; and
2. Eligible employees are those employed on the date of board
approval.
