Summary:

Lodi Unified School District intends to increase scope to replace remaining school site HVAC units; and additional scope will be covered under CalShape grant funding. Exhibit "A" details the scope of work, and Exhibit "B" provides budgetary numbers. The total grant for this agreement is $1,137,900.00.
