Summary:

November 21, 2023, Resolution 2023-110, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Replacing of Various Floors at Multiple School Sites -No.#3213-4416-7. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the removal and replacement of Various Floors at Multiple School Sites for the Phase 2 Flooring Replacement (Re-Bid) Project.
On March 29,2024, one (1) bid was received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was RJ Inc. dba RJ Commercial Flooring Company of Modesto, California, in the amount of $846,918.60, which includes a $76,992.60 District controlled construction allowance.
