Summary:
|
Lodi Unified School District (District) has been approved, and will be reviewed and updated, for new construction grant eligibility under the Leroy F. Greene School Facility Program (SFP) by the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) and State Allocation Board (SAB).
The District wants to maximize the amount of state grants it will receive for the Project and wishes to utilize pupil grants under the new construction program for the construction of the Project.
Approval of this resolution allows the district to utilize new construction pupil grant eligibility from another grade level to fund the Lodi High School Project, by showing that the class size in the district (31) is higher than the State loading standards (25).
