Summary:
|
On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved the Measure U Implementation Plan authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Lunch Shelter Project – Heritage Elementary Project No. 0916-8216 and Morada Middle Schools, Project No.0944-8244.
Scope work, including Accessibility Upgrades and Toilet Room Upgrades to be done shall include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision and transportation necessary to design, furnish, deliver, and install pre-engineered shade structures.
On October 26, 2021 Five (5) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was A.M. Stephens Construction Company, Inc. of Lodi, California, in the amount of $863,376.00, which includes an $85,000.00 District controlled allowance.
