Summary:
|
On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved the Measure U Implementation Plan authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Bear Creek High and Delta Sierra Middle Schools Project. Bids were received and evaluated, but exceeded the project’s allocated budget amount. Approval of this Resolution will reject all bids for the project and authorizes staff to re-bid at a later date.
