Summary:

Resolution 2022-13 is a necessary step in allowing Serna leadership to offer its non-certificated employees a selection of health care plans via CalPERS. This resolution will establish non-certificated Serna employees’ eligibility to purchase CalPERS health care plan offerings. Other than the minimum amounts required in the Public Employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act, adoption of this resolution does not establish an employer contribution to Serna non-certificated employees’ health care plan choices. Any future employer contribution will be established by Serna administration in consultation with the Lodi USD Budget Department.
