Summary:

On September 3, 2024, Resolution 2024-93, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Bear Creek High School Repair and Refinish Gym Floor Project No. 0825-8425-500-6.
On October 22, 2024, two (2) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Pro Flooring Corp., in the amount of $104,280.00, which includes a 10 percent District controlled allowance.
Approval of this resolution certifies the award of contract to Pro Flooring Corp. with the total amount to be budgeted $104,280.00.
