Summary:

On December 17, 2024, the Board of Education received a report of the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee Bylaws Revision for Measure U and Measure L.
District staff, legal counsel, and committee members determined that a revision to the Committee Bylaws is necessary to enhance operational efficiency and ensure continued effective oversight of bond expenditures. Approval of this Resolution authorizes the revisions for Measure U and Measure L Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee Bylaws.
