Summary:
|
On June 15, 2021, Resolution 2021-40, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for a Ruckus Wireless Infrastructure Upgrade Project at all District locations. A “Request for Proposal” was duly advertised as required by law. The District received three (3) qualified bids were received by 1:00 p.m. on November 30, 2021 in Technology Services. The lowest bidder was Cadence.Team of Yuba City, California, in the amount of $1,839,503.25 for access points and $186,800.00 for a 5-year Ruckus Analytics option, the estimated tax on the equipment is included.

Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER II) funds. Should any services costs exceed ESSER II funding timeframes, staff will utilize Fund 01.
