Summary:
|
On October 3, 2023, Resolution 2023-91, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Re-Roofing – Davis Elementary School Project-No.#3213-4416-3. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the removal and replacement of the Roof at Davis Elementary School.
On November 14, 2023, nine (9) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Pac Shield Roof Services, Inc. of Modesto, California, in the amount of $804,932.70, which includes a $73,175.70 District controlled construction allowance.
