Summary:
|
On February 2, 2021, the Board of Education authorized to advertise and receive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the service and distribution of Dairy Products. On April 8, 2021, the District received two (2) proposals from Crystal Creamery and Producers Dairy. Crystal Creamery was determined to the most responsive, responsible bidder. Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of RFP to Crystal Creamery.

Funding:

Total estimated funding needed is $1,250,000.00 funded through Fund 13 – Food Service Fund. The amount may be increased or decreased based on the actual needs.

Recommendation:
|
Staff recommends that the Board of Education that the Lodi Unified Board of Education adopt Resolution 2021-31.
