Summary:
|
Per the California Department of General Services, Lodi Unified School District board must follow the Office of Public School Construction procedure and requirements to add and/or remove District Representatives to permit staff to apply for funding, sign documents and agreements, and self-certify school district compliance and information.
The approval of this resolution authorizes the listed staff to become a District Representative and act on behalf of the school district, specifically for SAB-administered programs.
