Summary:
|
Approval of this Resolution will authorize staff to publish a “Notice to Potential Bidders” for the HVAC Upgrades at Woodbridge Elementary School.
Scope of work is to remove and replace the existing wall mounted heat pump units for the portable classrooms and remove and replace the existing AC units on the roof for buildings A, B, C, D, and E.

This project was originally designed and approved as a Measure U expense, however, if approved, it may qualify as an eligible expense for ESSER III funding.

Recommendation:

It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution
2022-11.
