Summary:
|
On October 17, 2023, Resolution 2023-94, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to move forward with the project at Tokay High and solicit proposals from the qualified responsive firms to bid the Tokay High Ball Fields Project.
The proposals were evaluated and, due to budgetary constraints, staff recommends the rejection of all bids. Approval of this Resolution will reject all bids and authorize staff to allow qualified proposers to re-submit for a reduced project scope.
