Summary:
|
On October 3, 2023, Resolution 2023-91, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Re-Roofing – Woodbridge Elementary School Project-No.#3213-4416-4. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the removal and replacement of the Roof at Woodbridge Elementary School.
On November 21, 2023, five (5) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Rua & Son Mechanical, Inc. of Rocklin, California, in the amount of $702,790.00, which includes a $63,890.00 District controlled construction allowance.
