Summary:
|
On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to move forward for the Measure U implementation project work required for the Outdoor Learning Shelter (8 Sites) Project No. 3213-4416-10.
On February 27, 2024, the project was approved by the California Department of Education to receive ESSER funding, therefore retracting the use of Measure U funds.
On March 25, 2024, the District received six (6) proposals.
The lowest and best responsive bidder was A.M. Stephens Concrete Co., Inc. in Lodi, CA in the amount of $3,410,000.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to A.M. Stephens Concrete Co., Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $3,751,000.00, which includes a District controlled construction allowance of 10 percent.
