Summary:

On December 17, 2024, Resolution 2024-145, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Parklane Elementary School Restrooms Project No. 0825-8425-280-25.
On February 24, 2025, six (6) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was White Construction, Inc. in the amount of $271,260.00, which includes a 10 percent owner-controlled contingency.
Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to White Construction, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $271,260.00.
