Summary:

On March 19, 2024, Resolution 2024-31 the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to publish a “Request for Proposals" for the CalSHAPE Program Services.
On April 26 2024, the District received one(1) proposal.
The lowest and best responsive bidder was Mesa Energy Dba Emcor Services of West Sacramento, CA in the amount of $1,987,093.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Mesa Energy Dba Emcor Services with the total amount to be budgeted $1,987,093.00, which includes a District controlled construction allowance of 10 percent.
