Summary: On October 3, 2023, Resolution 2023-91, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Re-Roofing – Tokay High School Project-No.#3213-4416-5. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the removal and replacement of the Roof at Tokay High School. On December 1, 2023, eight (8) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Pacific Polymers, Inc. DBA American Foam Experts of Galt, California, in the amount of $849,311.10, which includes a $77,210.10 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded with ESSER III Funding.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2023-115.
