Summary: Beginning on December 23, 2014, staff began negotiating for the purchase of (19.68 Acres) nineteen point sixty eight acres from Eight Mile Development Inc. a California Corporation, (APN 066-050-60), to develop a new school. The site is located on the southwest corner of Regatta Lane and Cosumnes Drive in the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. The Resolution authorizes staff to execute the purchase agreement and acceptance of grant deed, as required by law.
Funding: This project shall be funded by Fund 25 - Developer Fees.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2021-27.
