Summary:

On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Vinewood Elementary School Modernization Phase II Project No. 0936-8236-1.
On December 5, 2023, the District received Five (5) proposals.
The lowest and best responsive bidder was American River Construction, Inc. of Placerville, CA in the amount of $1,329,000.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to American River Construction, Inc with the total amount to be budgeted $1,461,900.00, which includes a District controlled construction allowance of 10 percent.
