Summary:
|
On December 14, 2021, Board approved Resolution 2021-67 authorizing a request for qualifications and proposals. Due to a change in needs, scope of work for Tokay High was removed and staff believes it is necessary to change project from Lease-to-Lease Back to Design Build procurement method.
Staff requests authorization to move forward with the conceptual scope for the softball and baseball fields at Tokay High and solicit a request for qualifications for the Tokay High Ball Fields Project.
