Summary:
|
On February 6, 2024, the Board of Education authorized to advertise and receive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the service and distribution of Dairy Products. On April 9, 2024, the District received three (3) proposals from Crystal Creamery, Merced Dairy and Daylight Foods. Crystal Creamery was determined to be the most responsive, responsible bidder. Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of RFP to Crystal Creamery.

Funding:

Total estimated funding needed is $2,000,000.00 funded through Fund 13 – Food Service Fund. The amount may be increased or decreased based on the actual needs.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends that the Lodi Unified School District Board of Education adopt Resolution 2024-43.
