Summary:
|
On September 16, 2023, Resolution 2023-85, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Restrooms Modernization – Bear Creek High School Project-No.#8150-5830-2. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the Modernization of Restrooms at Bear Creek High School.
On November 8, 2023, four (4) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Branco Construction, Inc. of Lodi, California, in the amount of $657,657.00, which includes a $59,787.00 District controlled construction allowance.
