Summary:

On November 15, 2022, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2022-99 awarding a contract to Diede Construction, Inc. of Woodbridge, California in the total amount of $3,958,900.00. There was a deductive change order for this project in the amount of ($176,641.00). The final contract price is $3,782,259.00. All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Lodi Middle School HVAC Project.
