Summary:
|
The Goal of the Early Literacy Support Block Grant is to develop and implement literacy instruction and support programs, particularly focused on literacy in early grades (TK/Kâ3), ultimately resulting in improved student outcomes.
The ELSB Literacy Action Plan Template and Rubric are designed to work in tandem to support sites/LEAs in the development of a three-year literacy action plan to meet the goal of the grant. The Literacy Action Plan Template and Rubric Overview provides a snapshot of the process for developing the Literacy Action Plan.
