Summary:

The Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) assessed the property environmental conditions by investigating and evaluating for naturally occurring hazardous material. As the security and safety of students and staff is mandatory, it is important that this abatement be directly undertaken. This Action is requested to approve authorization to publish a “Notice to Potential Bidders” for the Henderson Abatement Project.
