Summary:

Revisions, deletions and additions to Board Policies and Rules are being presented to keep current and compliant with California law, district practice and as corrective actions on the most recent Federal Program Monitoring review.
Policy and Rule 5131.2 Video Camera Surveillance is being deleted as this falls under Policy 5131.1 Bus Conduct and Policy 5137.1 is being deleted as it is replaced and updated with Policy 5145.9 Hate-Motivated Behavior.
