Summary:

On December 17, 2024, Resolution 2024-146, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Larson Elementary Portable Classrooms Project No. 0825-8425-205-31.
On March 5, 2025, three (3) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Frontline General Engineering Construction, Inc. in the amount of $504,000.00 which includes a 20 percent owner-controlled contingency.
Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Frontline General Engineering Construction, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $504,000.00.

This project will be funded with the Early Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) Grant Funds and Fund 40 Special Reserves from Capital Outlay.
