Summary:

On March 2, 2021, Resolution 2021-20, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Agriculture Complex Project at Bear Creek High School.
On June 24, 2021, the District received three (3) bids. The lowest bidder was A.M. Stephens Construction Co. Inc. of Lodi, California, in the amount of $1,677,205.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to A. M. Stephens Construction Co. Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $1,677,205.00, which includes a $40,000.00 District controlled construction allowance.
