Summary: On February 18, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved the Measure U Implementation Plan authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Fire Alarm Replacement Project at Beckman Elementary School.

On April 14, 2021, the District received five (5) bids. The lowest bidder was Vanden Bros Electric Inc of Roseville, California, in the amount of $294,600.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Vanden Bros Electric Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $294,600.00, which includes a $6,200 Add Alternate and a $60,000.00 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded by Measure U.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2021-26.
