Summary:
|
On May 6, 2025, through Resolution No. 2025-48, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Local Producers Grocery, Dry Goods, and Juice Products. Since that time, it has been determined that additional contract language is necessary to meet program needs.
Approval of this resolution will formally reject all proposals received under the original RFP and authorize staff to reissue the solicitation, incorporating the revised language, under RFP No. 2025-50: Local Producers Grocery, Dry Goods, and Juice Products
